Data Center Technician Night​/Day Shifts

Data Center Technician – Intermediate Level

Our client is seeking motivated IT professionals who are passionate about technology and hands‑on hardware work. If you have at least 6 months of IT experience and enjoy troubleshooting computers or servers, this role offers a great path for growth in a Data Center environment.

• Manage customer support tickets from start to finish
• Support daily data center operations, IT systems, and network services
• Provide technical assistance for colocation, connectivity, and network products
• Install and deploy IT and network hardware
• Make, test, and run patch cables
• Troubleshoot and perform break‑fix work on infrastructure and network equipment
• Conduct hardware checks and help maintain accurate inventory
• Perform onsite upgrades, diagnostics, and documentation

• 6+ months of IT experience
• Hands‑on experience or interest in computer/server hardware
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently

This is a Contract position based out of West Des Moines, IA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
