A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Project Manager.

Contract (12 months)

• Participate in and consult on moderately complex project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Support the Higher Risk Customer Management workstream by managing meeting agendas, capturing meeting minutes, driving follow-ups, and coordinating with cross‑functional partners.

• Own and manage detailed project artifacts including:
  • Project plans
  • RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Status reporting
  • Change Requests and documentation
• Facilitate meetings as needed, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability among stakeholders.

• Serve as a trusted Business Execution Advisor to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision‑making.
• Engage with multiple lines of business, acting as a thought partner to drive program success.
• Develop and deliver clear, impactful presentations and recommendations for executive stakeholders.

• Review and analyze moderately complex project challenges, applying advanced project management principles.
• Leverage knowledge of process improvement, continuous improvement, and LEAN methodologies to drive scalable solutions.
• Ensure projects adhere to function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Project Management experience.
• Experience with risk management and issue resolution.
• Comprehensive understanding of project governance, policies, and compliance standards.
• Project management experience in financial services or another heavily regulated industry.
• Experience in Financial Crimes, AML, BSA, or related compliance programs.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale transformation initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of change management and program delivery.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with LEAN, process improvement, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Pay Range*: $45 - $53 per hour.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
