FMH is seeking AI Solutions Manager to lead the company’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy and implementation, translating business needs into scalable, secure solutions. This individual will design, deploy, and govern AI tools and technologies to improve effectiveness, consistency, and productivity while protecting FMH in regard to data and compliance. Will manage the AI Solutions team and serve as an AI Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Eight or more years of experience in technology, operations, analytics or innovation. Must have experience deploying AI or automation solutions in production environments.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of AI tools (LLMs, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), predictive analytics, workflow automation). Experience in regulated industries preferred, most namely, the insurance industry. Experience leading or managing employees is desired. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads the strategic identification, prioritization, and implementation of enterprise AI opportunities that drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and enhanced decision-making across the organization, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), automation, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies.
  • Partners with senior business leaders to translate complex business challenges and strategic priorities into scalable, AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value.
  • Establishes and oversees a structured approach to rapid prototyping, experimentation, and iteration using generative AI platforms and low-code/no-code tools, including researching, evaluating, and making recommendations on Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives.
  • Directs the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, including pilot design, validation, scaling, and transition into production environments.
  • Creates, maintains, and executes the enterprise AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, prioritization of high-impact initiatives, and delivery of measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborates with IT, Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure seamless integration, alignment with enterprise architecture, and long-term scalability of AI solutions.
  • Manages strategic relationships with external vendors and technology partners, including evaluation, selection, and ongoing performance management to ensure value, innovation, and alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Designs and leads enterprise AI enablement and education strategies, equipping employees and agents with practical knowledge on:
    • Effective and responsible use of AI tools
    • Realistic capabilities and limitations of AI technologies
    • Maintains comprehensive awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive advancements to inform strategic direction and innovation opportunities.
