Role Overview

The consultant will partner with business and IT teams to optimize end-to-end processes and systems, facilitating value generation. They will design, test, and implement changes in both business and IT processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. The role involves developing system roadmaps and workflows, maintaining documentation, and integrating change management into project plans.
