Optomi, in partnership with a healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join their team in a remote setting. This role will focus on driving solution architecture, aligning business needs with technology, and providing strategic direction across a large IT organization. The ideal candidate will have experience standing up and maturing Enterprise Architecture programs while partnering closely with stakeholders to support system implementations, enhancements, and enterprise-wide initiatives.

- Working in a strategic, enterprise-level architecture role with influence across the organization
- Engaging with both technical and business stakeholders to shape solutions and direction
- Supporting meaningful initiatives that impact workflows, systems, and end users
- Operating in a structured environment where EA practices and governance are established
- Strong background in solution architecture and enterprise architecture
- Experience with business process mapping and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Proven ability to engage with leadership and contribute to IT strategy at an enterprise level
- Hands-on experience establishing or maturing Enterprise Architecture programs
- Experience in complex environments such as healthcare or aerospace is a plus
- Familiarity with regulated, workflow-driven environments is highly valued
- Design and guide solution architecture across systems and platforms
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
- Map business workflows to technical solutions and system designs
- Provide strategic direction and alignment across enterprise IT initiatives
- Support implementation and enhancement of systems with occasional guidance
- Participate in QA testing and validation of new systems and updates
- Develop and support change management strategies
- Assist with system orientation, clinician onboarding, and end-user adoption
- Contribute to or help establish enterprise architecture standards, governance, and best practices
