WHO YOU ARESenior Product Manager leads the product life cycle and strongly contributes to research and development of our products, their qualification or re‑qualification, and alignment with the organization’s strategy and vision.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Lead and contribute to product lifecycle processes for Insur Tech products, working with cross‑functional teams to fulfill product requirements.
- Evaluate product performance and transition products from development to commercialization.
- Lead technical discussions with engineering teams and manage technical/business requirements.
- Determine product delivery and deployment dates for new releases, feature and maintenance releases, and corrective service or service pack releases.
- Act as a technical consultant, leading research and prototyping of innovative technologies and products.
- Ensure engineering roadmap aligns with and supports the product/business roadmap.
- Liaise with customers on technical issues related to product integration, custom development, and requirements.
- Lead major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer requests.
- Manage schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.
- 8–12 years of product management experience, including analysis, design, deployment, and delivery.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology or a related field.
- Background as a Technical & Functional Product Manager or Business Analyst in an enterprise environment.
- Hands‑on understanding of API integration, SQL, and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, technology interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems.
- Expertise in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and relevant tools.
- Ability to influence, lead, and work as part of a cross‑functional global team.
- Experience with Life & Annuity industry (preferred).
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills; ability to mentor and coach.
