As the Manager of Professional Services, you will be responsible for leading two high-impact technical teams: the Consulting team (Solutions Architects) and the Custom App/Script Development team (Software Engineers). This role requires a leader with 10-14 years of experience who can bridge the gap between high-level architectural strategy and hands‑on custom technical delivery. You will ensure that customers receive a world‑class implementation experience through both structured consulting and custom-built automation solutions.

This role will also play a key role in building and scaling the India‑based Professional Services capability, partnering closely with global stakeholders to ensure strong delivery execution, operational excellence, and team collaboration.
