Job Description
Turn data into impact. Join our team as a Data & Reporting Analyst supporting our PLUS companies, where you’ll transform insights into actionable strategies that drive performance and growth.
Responsibilities- Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor data performance.
- Use statistical methods to validate and interpret data for business decisions.
- Create clear data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate insights.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data‑driven solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a meaningful way.
- Document processes, data definitions, and reporting standards.
- Stay current on data tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field. - Experience:
2–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis with preference for insurance, healthcare, or financial services. - Experience with relational databases and reporting/analytical tools.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, dbt, Excel, and Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of relational database theory and practice.
- Business & Technology Knowledge:
Understands business needs, makes informed decisions, and effectively delivers technology solutions. - Analytical

Ability to identify opportunities and root causes, apply logical reasoning, and develop and execute effective outcomes.
