As a Workflow Developer you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
- Create legal documents templates based on examples provided by process owners.
- Modify existing templates according to instructions from process owners.
- Plan and draft scripting code that will create required variations in the generated documents.
- Plan and draft scripting code for database modification commands.
- Test documents to ensure they are generated in compliance with client standards, regulatory requirements and user needs.
- Troubleshoot and correct script problems.
- Review scripting code to answer questions regarding the functionality of documents or database commands.
- Track multiple ongoing projects, communicate expectations related to timeline of deliverables.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation regarding the project, related processes/subprocesses and process owner provided instructions.
- Utilize Jira to track and document projects/development requests.
- Actively listen and effectively communicate with all levels of management and attorneys.
- Consult and/or complete requests related to front‑end programming of Firm websites.
- Basic level of programming/scripting experience and education is required. Experience may be substituted for education.
- Experience with database and workflow programming and/or mail merge.
- Automated Data Processing.
- SQL.
- SDLC.
- Vertican – Collection Master (CLS) experience is an added value.
- Experience with Word Perfect merge is preferred but not required.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Attention to detail and ability to create professional‑looking documents.
- Time management skills in order to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of the legal process and legal documents.
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.

This position requires up to 0%-10% travel.
