Job Summary In this contingent resource assignment, you will participate in low to moderately complex Operational Accounting initiatives supporting supplier onboarding, supplier master maintenance, and Ariba-related operational processes. This role supports ongoing Ariba and People Soft projects requiring large volumes of supplier maintenance, onboarding, and data cleanup activities.

The Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing supplier records, supporting onboarding activities, handling escalations, maintaining data quality, and ensuring suppliers are successfully established within enterprise procurement and payment systems.

This position requires a highly organized self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Contracts, and business groups.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Supplier Setup & Maintenance
* Create new supplier records within Ariba and related systems
* Modify and maintain existing supplier records
* Process supplier setup and maintenance requests
* Perform supplier master data validation and quality reviews
* Ensure accurate supplier information is maintained across systems

Supplier Enablement
* Support supplier onboarding activities from initiation through completion
* Partner with suppliers to facilitate successful onboarding into Ariba
* Assist suppliers with onboarding questions and process requirements
* Ensure suppliers are enabled for transactional activities within Ariba Operational Support & Escalations
* Respond to inquiries from:  + Internal business partners  + Procurement teams  + Accounts Payable  + Suppliers  + Managers and peers
* Independently manage escalated and complex requests
* Troubleshoot supplier setup and maintenance issues
* Prioritize workload to meet operational deadlines

Data Quality & Process Improvement
* Conduct system cleanup activities and supplier record maintenance
* Research and inactivate unused supplier locations when appropriate
* Identify risks and process gaps
* Recommend process improvements
* Maintain accurate system records and controls

Documentation & Training
* Develop and maintain procedures and process documentation
* Support training and knowledge-sharing activities
* Document process improvements and operational best practices

Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with:  + Ariba Teams  + Sourcing & Contracts  + Procurement  + Accounts Payable  + Enabling Capabilities Teams  + Business Groups
* Ensure smooth supplier onboarding and transaction readiness
