This Community Business Manager role is located at 360 at Jordan West, a luxury 180-unit apartment community located just off Jordan Creek Parkway and EP True Parkway.
What we’re looking for:- Dynamic, outgoing, and personable team members
- Bachelors preferred or one to three years of related experience
- Open availability to work weekends
- Safely and legally operate an automobile and golf cart
- Current driver’s license with minimal violations is required.
- Responsible for overall community operations, work directly with vendors, assist in the preparation of annual budgets
- Effectively communicate to our current and future residents: resolve resident concerns, create and manage social media content
- Sell homes to our future residents:
Use our CRM and other systems to nurture leads through walk in traffic, email, and phone.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Communicates effectively and professionally with all residents and coworkers while promoting a team environment
- Accountable for all community operations including monitoring and enforcing all policies and procedures including accounts receivable/payable
- Manage all community staff and all aspects of employment in conjunction with Human Resources and Regional Manager
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of annual operating budgets and forecasts and prepare community specific reports timely and accurately including Yardi driven reports and financial reports
- Ability to handle contractual obligations with vendors, and in assistance to the Regional Manager enter and or/resolve issues within new and current contacts while effectively negotiating the best options and prices for the community
- Investigate and resolve resident complaints concerning the community or their home, other residents or visitors and inspect community units on a regular basis to determine repairs or maintenance as needed
- Responsible for creating and managing content on multiple social media platforms to build an audience and ensure customer engagement;
Create and execute weekly and monthly content calendar - Execute a strong online reputation strategy to maintain a high rating and volume of reviews on multiple platforms
- In assistance to the Regional Manager and the marketing department, analyze, implement and review short and long-term marketing plans. Maintain detailed knowledge of the market through industry specific reporting
