. In this key role, you’ll ensure the smooth flow of materials throughout the factory, supporting everything from shipping and receiving to inventory accuracy and production readiness. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments across the manufacturing process, helping to implement sourcing strategies, foster supplier relationships, and guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality materials. Work Model
- On-Site
- Address material shortages and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to support production
- Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes and manage deviations
- Source materials and cultivate strong supplier partnerships
- Lead cost-saving initiatives and drive process enhancements
- Manage shipping, receiving, and invoicing challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business management, or an engineering discipline preferred
- 2+ years of experience in supply management or manufacturing
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in SAP and data analysis tools
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
