CNC Machinist

Precision Machine Operator

Express Employment is seeking an experienced Precision Machine Operator to join their manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong machining background who enjoys working with advanced equipment, maintaining tight tolerances, and producing high-quality parts in a clean production environment.

• Set up and operate precision CNC machining equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications
• Perform machine adjustments and tool changes as needed
• Monitor production to ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment in good working order
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work closely with the production team to meet quality and production goals

• Previous CNC machining experience is required
• Experience setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, or other machining centers
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and tooling
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing quality work
