Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
• Strong skills in pediatric assessment, advanced life support (PALS certification required)
• Proficient with ventilator management, critical care monitoring, and medication administration
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-acuity setting

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, age-appropriate nursing care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents
• Assess, monitor, and document patient condition and response to interventions
• Administer treatments, medications, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and ancillary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
