Clinical Manager - Flexible Clinical Support Role (Hybrid / Part-Time)

The Role (Read This First)
This is not a traditional floor nurse or full-time clinical role.
We're hiring an Per-Diem Clinical Manager to support a structured, proactive client monitoring system across our home care clients. This role is designed for a Clinical Manager who wants flexibility, autonomy, and clearly defined responsibilities-not shift work. Prefer a LPN, RN, CMA, CNA.
You will complete:
- Scheduled client check-in calls
- Semi-annual in-home assessments
- 30 day calls
- 60 day visits / calls
- Light clinical oversight and documentation
Compensation
- $7.50 per completed call
- $35 per visit up to 1 hour
- $65 per completed in-home assessment
- $30/hour for up to 5 hours/week of structured office/clinical review time
What You'll Do
- Complete monthly structured check-in calls with clients and/or families
- Conduct in-home reassessments every 6 months
- Document findings using simple, structured templates (not long narratives)
- Identify changes in condition, safety risks, or care needs
- Escalate concerns to leadership when appropriate
- Participate in weekly clinical review (up to 5 hours/week)
- No shift work
- No hands-on caregiving
- No scheduling responsibilities
- No on-call requirements
- No case management overload
