Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

07:00 PM - 07:30 AM, Every other weekend, Every other holiday.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support. This role demands a commitment to excellence in patient education, coordination, and care management. The RN will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient reactions.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform assessments and maintain accurate medical records.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• Completed fit test and drug screening for onboarding.
• Current immunization records: COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and PPD or IGRA.
• Completion of required training and competency assessments.
