Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Telemetry Nursing Position

Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac and physiological monitoring. Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining accurate documentation and communication with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs to detect abnormalities promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following established protocols.
• Educate patients and their families about their condition and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care strategies.
• Document patient statuses, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records.
• Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and nursing best practices consistently.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Proven experience in telemetry nursing or related acute care settings.
• Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring equipment and arrhythmia recognition.
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations and team members.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
