Telemetry Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with specialty in Telemetry to provide comprehensive patient care. This role involves monitoring vital signs, interpreting cardiac rhythms, and delivering tailored nursing interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ condition and record relevant symptoms and vital signs.
• Monitor cardiac telemetry to detect abnormal rhythms and respond appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient care activities and update medical records accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on condition management and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid RN license in the respective state or jurisdiction.
• Demonstrate proven experience in telemetry nursing or related cardiovascular care.
• Maintain current CPR/BLS certification.
• Exhibit strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Able to quickly identify and respond to cardiac arrhythmias.
• Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
