Acute Care Float Pool Registered Nurse
This is a 13-week contract position for an Acute Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) who must be willing to float to all medical-surgical floors including Ortho, Med-surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med-Surg Tele. The RN will also be required to float to the West Lakes Campus.
ScheduleShift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM, including every other weekend (EOWRN).
Responsibilities- Provide thorough and compassionate patient care across multiple departments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the care team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
- Current RN license is required.
- Completion of Trinity's Code of Conduct Form, I9, and other relevant agreements upon onboarding.
- Commitment to meet all health requirements including vaccinations and screenings as mandated by the facility.
