Registered Nurse - Acute Care Float Pool

This position requires a shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend required.

The Registered Nurse in the Acute Care Float Pool will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care across various medical-surgical floors including Ortho, Med-Surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med-Surg Tele. The RN must also be open to floating to our West Lakes Campus, located 9.5 miles from Downtown.

• Provide patient care and complete nursing assessments across multiple specialties
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Document patient information and care provided accurately and in real-time
• Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Current certifications as outlined by facility policy
• Completion of all onboarding requirements including health screenings and tests
• Proven clinical experience in acute care settings preferred
