Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg and Floating
This position requires a shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend and holiday.
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Registered Nurse (RN) who is willing to float to various medical-surgical floors, including Ortho, Med-surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med-Surg Tele. Additionally, the RN must be prepared to float to our West Lakes Campus, located 9.5 miles from downtown.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care across multiple departments.
- Administer medications and treatment plans as directed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with patients' daily living activities as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimum patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Valid RN license.
- Commitment to floating to various med/surg floors.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Compliance with all health requirements, including vaccinations and physical health statements.
