07:00 AM - 07:30 PM, includes 7p - 7:30a and every other weekend.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and must be willing to float to all medical-surgical floors including, but not limited to, Orthopedic, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med-Surg Tele. The position also requires willingness to float to our West Lakes Campus, located 9.5 miles from the downtown area.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to a diverse patient population in various medical-surgical units.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting all relevant information.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control measures.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN license.
- Ability to float to multiple units as needed.
- Completion of required health history, including Fit Test, Drug Screen, and immunizations.
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
