7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with every other weekend (EOW) commitment.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The RN will be required to float across various medical and surgical floors including Ortho, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med-Surg Tele. The position requires flexibility to float to our associated West Lakes Campus, which is located 9.5 miles from downtown.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care for individuals in medical-surgical units.
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as per protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and documentation in line with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure a safe and effective patient care environment across multiple specialties.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Demonstrated ability to float across various medical-surgical specialties.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous nursing experience in a med-surg hospital setting is preferred.
