Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift
This position is for night shift, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend and holiday.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be willing to float between facilities as needed.
Responsibilities- Deliver patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient care and respond to emergencies effectively.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations, including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, and others as mandated.
- Adherence to Trinity Code of Conduct and other professional forms and assessments.
