Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Telemetry Nursing Opportunity

Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Ensure patient safety and optimal health outcomes through diligent assessment and intervention.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients’ cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to abnormal findings.
• Document all patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about cardiac conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning of telemetry devices.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Valid BCLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of telemetry nursing experience.
• Proficient in interpreting cardiac rhythms and emergency response procedures.
• Strong communication and patient advocacy skills.
