Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical to provide comprehensive patient care. The RN will support patient recovery through skilled clinical intervention and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical information
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure adherence to healthcare policies, protocols, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and unrestricted RN license
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing
• Possess strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Maintain current CPR and ACLS certifications
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
