Role:
Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities:Provide bedside care for diverse patients, conduct individualized assessments, and develop personalized care plans.
Assist physicians during examinations and treatments, prepare medical equipment, and execute necessary procedures.
Key Duties Include- Preparing, administering, and documenting prescribed medications
- Monitoring patients for adverse symptoms and initiating alternative actions as needed
- Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs when required
Strong clinical assessment skills, proficiency in medication administration, patient care procedures, and ability to respond to patient symptoms promptly.
