UnityPoint Health – Des Moines is offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus for full-time eligible RNs hired into acute inpatient roles on the 4 West Med/Surg unit. Night shift 7p-7:30a with rotating weekends and holidays, and the residency program for newly licensed nurses.
Relocation assistance up to $10,000 is available for moves over 50 miles. The 4 West unit is a 30-bed med/surg setting with a family atmosphere and a commitment to excellent care.
