Description

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the quality and accuracy of agent-facing applications and policy submission workflows. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in quality assurance processes, a strong understanding of annuity systems, and expertise in testing tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough testing of agent-facing applications to ensure policy submission workflows are accurate and efficient.

- Validate policy inputs and system behaviors using tools like AN4, Affirm, and Fire Light.

- Support document scanning processes, including indexing pages, locating documents in Ignite, and ensuring proper routing.

- Conduct testing for both physical scanner operations and digital drag-and-drop scanning workflows.

- Maintain regression test suites for assigned applications and ensure test cases align with business requirements.

- Utilize Jira for tracking and managing test cases and defects.

- Collaborate with team members to improve QA processes and implement new testing techniques.

- Apply mathematical skills and attention to detail to analyze and synthesize complex information.

- Ensure customer service excellence by providing clear communication and addressing inquiries effectively.

- Drive improvements in testing tools and methodologies while adhering to the software development life cycle.

Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on quality assurance experience.

- Familiarity with tools and platforms such as AN4, Affirm, and Fire Light.

- Knowledge of policy submission workflows and annuity systems.

- Experience with document scanning processes, including physical and digital workflows.

- Proficiency in using quality assurance tools, such as Jira, for test case and defect management.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to synthesize complex data.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and other software, such as LifePRO. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
