QA Analyst Consultant

This role requires onsite working, 5 days a week in West Des Moines, IA from day one on the project.

• 3-5 years US-based hands-on QA experience, including UI and data testing.
• Strong prior experience in insurance/annuity systems (must have).
• Experience with policy administration systems (e.g., validating source system outputs, ensuring FAST receives correct data).
• Proficiency with Postman for API testing and SQL for data validation/querying.
• Ability to test enhancements across UI and backend data flows, including validation of data extracted from FAST into downstream applications.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring accuracy of data displayed.
• Jira experience desired.

• 3-5 years US-based hands‑on QA experience.
• Experience testing agent‑facing applications used for policy submission, with strong knowledge of policy application workflows and annuity systems.
• Familiarity with platforms such as AN4, Affim, Firelight, and other policy entry tools; ability to validate policy inputs and system behavior.
• Working knowledge of document scanning processes, including locating documents in Ignite, indexing pages accurately, and ensuring proper routing of scanned paperwork.
• Experience with both physical scanners and digital drag‑and‑drop scanning workflows to support end‑to‑end document processing.
• Jira experience desired.
