Position: Loan Workout Specialist 1 - Contingent

About the Role

Contractor will join a Quality Assurance team responsible for reviewing legal documents with customers who are dealing with civil legal matters.

Responsibilities
  • Review physical legal documents to ensure that all items within the doc are accurate, match corresponding paperwork, and meet state requirements.
  • Test information before it is sent to third‑party legal partners.
  • Check notarization status on documents.
  • Perform judgement and complaint validations as needed.
