• Collect, organize, and accurately record experimental data and findings
• Conduct germination testing by sorting and planting seed samples and evaluating seedlings for vigor and viability
• Investigate and resolve issues related to unexpected or inaccurate results
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to short‑term projects
• Set up, configure and operate small‑scale production equipment and control systems
• Transfer and maintain testing materials within controlled growth environments

• Bachelor's degree in biology or a related scientific field
