Altar'd State - - - Responsibilities:
Support Merchandiser by executing merchandising and seasonal décor to create an inviting store environment and achieve store goals.;
Provide exceptional guest service through relationship-building and maintaining an inspirational environment.;
Lead visual merchandising, window designs, and in-store marketing to align with brand aesthetic.;
React to product and presentation needs, manage weekly window décor and merchandising opportunities using company reports.;
Train team on product flow, merchandising standards, and product knowledge; uphold loss prevention and protect store assets.
