AE - Stock Associate

This part‑time position is based in West Des Moines, IA. You will be responsible for ensuring inventory moves efficiently from the stockroom to the sales floor and that store merchandising standards are met.

You can’t buy product if it’s not on the floor, right?! As a Stock Associate you are an expert at keeping product moving through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You love AEO brand standards, have strong merchandising instincts, and bring your real self to work every day. Even though the stockroom is your home base, you will assist the sales team on the floor when needed.

• Process shipments, keep the stockroom organized, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Keep product moving to the sales floor through timely replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and work with store leadership to implement improvements.
• Assist teammates with non‑stock related tasks or guest service when required.
• Follow safety, asset protection and AEO policies at all times.

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You are highly organized and detail oriented; you set priorities and manage your time well.
• You have flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
• You have previous experience in a stock‑related role.
