Oversee planning, implementation, staffing, and tracking for the fulfillment and delivery of the store's E-commerce orders including pickup and delivery experience for all departments;
Ensure smooth operation of all departments order fulfillment processes and on-time fulfillment of online orders;
Coordinate with Aisles Online Manager and TPMs to manage third-party marketplace orders;
Provide training and education to employees regarding new policies and procedures;
Maintain quality and food safety standards and ensure proper packaging and handling of online orders
