The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class customer experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract fans. This part‑time role fits your lifestyle, allowing you to join when it matters most—peak hours—to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.

• Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs—including periods with few or no scheduled hours and increased availability during peak times.

• Results‑oriented seller with a strong track record.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of care.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels of the organization.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Comfortable with a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays—including standing for extended periods and lifting 50 + pounds.
• Ability to work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
• Reliable support and willingness to step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when extra coverage is needed.

Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high‑traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.
