Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Tasks include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pick up, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• Locate and prepare merchandise for online customers.
• Verify order accuracy and make substitutions as necessary.
• Parcel orders for pick up or delivery.
• Engage customers during the dispensing process.
• Assist in‑store customers and work across all departments as needed.
