Part Time Floor Leader - Jordan Creek Town Center

Floor Leader – supports the Store Management Team across all business areas, driving sales, opening/closing, training, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience, motivated staff, and operational excellence.

• Driving Sales
  :
  Utilize store dashboards to coach staff, adjust floor layout, meet and exceed sales targets, and celebrate team achievements.
• Customer Experience
  :
  Lead by example with world-class service, product demonstrations, and consultation support, consistently surpassing daily sales goals.
• Building the Brand
  :
  Inform customers about Lush brand values—animal-testing free, fresh cosmetics, ethical buying, vegetarian, handmade, and naked packaging—through sales, community events, and store initiatives.
• Product Passion
  :
  Continuously deepen product knowledge to provide informed recommendations for every customer need.

• Development
  :
  Train and coach sales associates and peers on techniques and product knowledge, driving performance and sales growth.

• Cash Handling & Store Open/Close
  :
  Manage transactions, cash drawer reconciliation, nightly deposits, and store closure procedures.

• Visuals & Merchandising
  :
  Keep the store organized, clean and visually appealing, adjust displays in real time based on sales.
• Stock & Inventory
  :
  Teach inventory practices, support management with stock tasks, and adjust displays following visual merch guidelines.
• Policies & Procedures
  :
  Ensure compliance with company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, workplace respect, and safety.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback and training.
• Problem-solving in customer-service day-to-day operations.
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule for evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Experience with consultation-based customer service.
• Experience analyzing sales metrics.
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics.
• Cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social-justice training.
• Fluency in a second language (Spanish, French or other).

Pay:
Jordan Creek Pay $16.50 USD – $16.50 USD.

Part-time – 20 to 29 hours per week.
