Aerie - Stock Associate - Early Morning; Off

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

You represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

• Keep product moving through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain an efficient Stockroom by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and act to correct them.
• Assist teammates with non-stock related tasks or guests.
• Prioritize safety, follow Asset Protection standards, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Organized with strong attention to detail; strong priority-setting and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability, including early morning, late evening, and weekends.
• Previously worked in a stock-related role.
