Sales Advisor

Full-time on-site position offering opportunities for career growth.

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the OMNI experience where available.
• Engage in conversations with customers to promote and sell products, contributing to sales targets.
• Use fashion and product knowledge to guide customers on trends, stories, and products.
• Promote H&M Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all interactions.
• Support store management with commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets.
• Maintain awareness of fashion trends, competitors, and influencers.
• Share knowledge and skills with colleagues, give and receive feedback, and participate in onboarding and training.
• Handle garment cycle: unpacking, refilling, steaming, and garment care.
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice.
• Contribute to a clean sales floor and stockrooms, and support visual merchandising and commercial guidelines.
• Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on sales floor.
• Support opening and closing of the store and follow all health and safety guidelines.

• Passionate about fashion and providing a great customer experience.
• Excellent communication, creativity, curiosity, flexibility, decisiveness, and action-oriented mindset.
• Experience in fashion/retail customer service and sales in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing conditions.

Job Status:
Hourly, Non-Exempt.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour.
