Overnight Stock Assistant Manager

Hy-Vee -  - Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct the overnight stock crew, assign duties, monitor productivity, and hold individual check-ins with crew members;
Oversee ordering from the warehouse including pre-orders for grocery, non-foods, and supplies, and coordinate work with assistant managers;
Review and maintain the RPM system, including inventory setup, understock and backstock management, trigger settings, and order review;
Unload trucks, break down pallets, sort items by aisle, and check in vendor deliveries piece by piece;
Train new employees on stocking, facing, order tags, UPCs, register operation, customer service, and department services
