Golf Services Associate

• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and walking throughout the shift
• Ready to stand on your feet for the majority of the shift and engage in active tasks
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear information to guests

Role and Interaction with Players

Welcome players and assist with check‑in, reservations, and any questions they have about their Topgolf experience.

Key Aspects of the Role

• Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to help players make the most of their visit
• Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear and a great time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting venue, from the retail area to the player service area
• Offer helpful guidance and recommendations to enhance the player experience
• Commit to safety and sanitation by adhering to all standards and keeping all guest areas compliant

• Lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs, including golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels
