Location:

West Des Moines, IA 50266. The Course Services Attendant plays an important role in creating an exceptional on-course experience for members and guests. This position provides friendly, attentive service throughout the golf course by offering refreshments, maintaining service areas, and supporting overall golf operations. A successful Course Services Attendant is courteous, reliable, and committed to delivering outstanding hospitality in a professional club environment.

• Provide courteous, prompt, and professional service to members and guests on the golf course.
• Operate the on-course refreshment cart and/or service stations in accordance with club standards.
• Stock, clean, and maintain assigned carts, coolers, and service areas.
• Handle cash and/or point-of-sale transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all club policies, including safety and alcohol service guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming appearance of all service areas.
• Support the Golf Operations team with additional duties as assigned.

• Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to interact professionally with members and guests.
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service, 18 years old.

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.

• Seasonal position with flexible scheduling. Weekends, holidays, and peak golf hours may be required.
