Overview

At Gallagher, we’re all about helping businesses and their people thrive. As a Client Service Specialist in Employee Benefits, you’ll be at the heart of our mission. You’ll work closely with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions, manage relationships, and help them navigate challenges. This role is perfect for someone who loves building connections, solving problems, and making a real impact.

How you'll make an impact
  • Serve as the go-to person for your clients.
  • Lead meetings, both virtually and in person, to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Handle complex situations like claims, renewals, and coverage changes with care and professionalism.
  • Your expertise will help clients make informed decisions about their insurance and risk management plans.
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure every client gets the best possible service.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
  • Analyze data to create meaningful reports and service plans.
  • Mentor and guide team members to grow their skills.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and carrier offerings to provide the best advice.
About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience
  • -OR-
  • High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Producer's License.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred:

  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.
  • Experience in managing client accounts and handling challenging conversations.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
