The Opportunity

GFiber is looking for driven, personable professionals who build meaningful community connections and are motivated by uncapped sales bonus potential. The role focuses on representing industry-leading connectivity to residents across the Des Moines area.

Compensation & Perks
  • On‑Target Earnings: $66,667 annually (composed of a $30,000 base salary + on‑target sales bonus).
  • Total earning potential: $66,667 to $100,000 for high‑performing representatives.
  • Guaranteed sales bonus of $3,000 upon completion of the first 60 days, with no minimum sales threshold.
  • Travel support: mileage reimbursement for travel within assigned territory.
  • Team perks: catered lunches, local incentives, team outings, and regular events.
Clear Path Forward

High‑performing representatives can promote to a Senior Outside Sales Representative role in as little as 6 months
. Eligible candidates may also apply for advanced roles such as Small Business Field Sales Representative or MDU Sales Executive as they advance.

The Role
  • Territory engagement: meet residents at their homes to introduce GFiber’s award‑winning internet services.
  • Relationship management: build and manage a lead pipeline, following up through various channels to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Market strategy: use Salesforce and modern sales tools to organize your day and maximize your impact.
  • Collaborative success: work closely with a supportive team to share best practices and reach market sales goals together.
  • Tools for success: company‑provided laptop and mobile phone for work use during employment.
Who You Are
  • Goal‑oriented: self‑motivated and enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Great communicator: can build rapport quickly and explain complex value simply.
  • Physical requirements:

    ability to travel and navigate assigned neighborhoods for extended periods, including stairs and sidewalks.
  • Bilingual: ability to communicate in both English and Spanish fluently (welcome to bilingual vendors).
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation during the workday.
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards.
  • Note:
