Are you passionate about flooring design and helping customers bring their vision to life? We're seeking an experienced Flooring Sales Designer to join a well-established Kitchen & Bath organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating beautiful spaces, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Consult with homeowners, builders, and contractors to identify flooring solutions that meet their design goals and budgets.
- Design and present flooring layouts using 2020 Design Software.
- Prepare estimates, quotes, and proposals while guiding customers through the selection process.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Stay current on flooring products, design trends, and industry innovations.
- 3-4+ years of flooring sales experience in a retail showroom or building materials environment.
- Experience with 2020 Design Software is required.
- Strong consultative sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to read plans and assist customers with design selections.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
