Supplier Enablement Operations Specialist

Role OverviewIn this contingent resource assignment, you will participate in low to moderately complex initiatives within Operational Accounting, identifying opportunities for process improvement. You will review and analyze assignments requiring research and evaluation, recommend solutions to moderately complex challenges, and exercise independent judgment while developing knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage supplier setup and maintenance requests tied to projects.
- Monitor Ariba Buying & Invoicing mismatch reports and resolve discrepancies with People Soft.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from internal teams and external suppliers.
- Independently prioritize and complete escalations while identifying system defects and recommending enhancements.
- Provide guidance on processes to peers, managers, and customers.
- Analyze risks, document procedures, and support training efforts.
- Perform system clean-up activities, such as inactivating unused suppliers and updating supplier records for compliance.
- 2+ years of Operational Accounting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience with Ariba Buying & Invoicing and People Soft systems.
- Supplier onboarding, enablement, or supply chain operations experience.
- Analytical, troubleshooting, and process improvement skills.
The pay rate for this position is $30.00 to $32.00 per hour.
