Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the banking location, including lobbies, offices, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter access points;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations by maintaining awareness of people, property, and daily site activity;
Support opening and closing routines, observe for unusual conditions, and report maintenance, life protection, and other security-related concerns according to site procedures
