Provide customer service at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the banking location, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas, as assigned;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and report unusual behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues to help support site operations;
Assist with opening and closing routines, support access control practices, and provide visible presence to help discourage unauthorized activity and/or disruptions at the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, while documenting relevant details and following post instructions
