Kidwell is looking for experienced rockstar Journeyman Electricians who are ready to step into the world of mission critical data centers in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin

• Team up with the Foreman to crush project goals like a well-oiled machine.
• Train apprentices and turn them into future legends.
• Juggle tasks and keep everything on schedule.
• Collaborate with GCs and other trades.
• Install and repair electrical systems in mission-critical data centers.
• Keep the job site safe.
• Represent Kidwell like the kind of electrician other crews wish they had.

• Down to travel and live that nomadic electrician life (the money makes it awesome).
• Data center or heavy commercial/industrial experience preferred.
• Problem-solving skills sharper than a lineman’s knife.
• Solid leadership — you can lead apprentices without losing your cool.
• Minimum 4 years field experience.
• Valid driver’s license + ability to pass physical, background, and drug screen.
